2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (unless otherwise stated).
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
During festival periods or sale events, processing may take longer; we’ll notify you in such cases.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
Note: Delivery times are estimates and begin from the time of dispatch, not from order placement.
If an item is out of stock or there is a delay, we will inform you via email/mobile before dispatch.
4. Shipping Charges & Costs
Shipping costs depend on destination, weight/size of the package, and the shipping method chosen at checkout.
At checkout, you’ll see the exact shipping cost before you pay.
For bulk orders or heavy items, additional charges may apply — you will be notified in advance.
Occasionally, we may run promotions offering free shipping (e.g. for orders above a certain amount).
5. Order Tracking & Shipment Confirmation
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification email (or SMS) with a tracking number and courier details.
You can track your order via the courier’s website using the provided tracking number.

6. Shipping Restrictions & Delivery Limitations
We currently ship to all major cities and towns across India.
For certain remote locations / PIN codes / island territories, delivery may take longer or may not be available. If your location is non-serviceable, we will contact you within 24 hours of order placement.
We do not ship to unverified addresses, P.O. boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.
For international shipments: customs duties, taxes, and import fees (if any) are the responsibility of the customer.
7. Missing / Lost / Damaged Shipments
If your package is lost or appears to be lost (no tracking updates for an extended period), contact us immediately at [support email] with order number and shipping details.
If the package is damaged in transit, please inspect it at delivery time and retain all packaging and product; then email us photos of damage within 48 hours.
We will coordinate with the courier to initiate a claim. Depending on the case, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit.
8. Cancellations & Changes Before Shipment
You may request to cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.

Once the item is shipped, cancellations are not possible.

If you order from outside India:
Delivery timelines depend on destination country and customs clearance — these delays are beyond our control.
The customer is responsible for paying any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges levied by your country.
We are not responsible for delays or seizure by customs.
