1. When Returns / Exchanges Are Accepted
We accept returns or exchanges only if one of the following is true:
The item you received is defective or damaged.
The item received is incorrect (wrong size, wrong product, wrong color, etc.).
We do not accept returns or exchanges if:
The item has been used, worn, washed, or altered.
The original tags/labels/packaging have been removed or damaged.
The item was a made-to-order / custom-stitched / tailored garment or costume (non-standard fit).
2. Return / Exchange Time Window
You must request a return or exchange within 5 days of receiving the item.
Requests made after 5 days will not be eligible.
3. How to Request a Return / Exchange
Email us at zaras.yasar@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return/exchange, and photos of the item — especially if it is damaged or incorrect.
Once we approve, we will give you a Return Authorization or next steps.
4. Return / Exchange Process
For faulty or incorrect items: We will arrange a replacement or refund after inspecting the returned item.
For size or product exchanges (ready-made only): We’ll dispatch the new item once we receive the return — you may need to cover return shipping cost unless the return is due to our error.
Returned items must be sent back within 3 days of approval, using a traceable courier service and original packaging.
5. Refunds
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 3–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned goods.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
6. Exceptions & Important Notes
Made-to-order / custom-stitched outfits are final sale — no returns or exchanges.
Sale items or discounted orders may have a separate return policy (or might be final sale).
Returns will be rejected if the item shows signs of wear, washing, or damage not related to manufacturing.
We recommend that you record a short unboxing video when you receive the order — this helps if you need to report damage or wrong delivery.
