Return Policy

1. When Returns / Exchanges Are Accepted

We accept returns or exchanges only if one of the following is true:

  • The item you received is defective or damaged.

  • The item received is incorrect (wrong size, wrong product, wrong color, etc.).

We do not accept returns or exchanges if:

  • The item has been used, worn, washed, or altered.

  • The original tags/labels/packaging have been removed or damaged.

  • The item was a made-to-order / custom-stitched / tailored garment or costume (non-standard fit).


2. Return / Exchange Time Window

  • You must request a return or exchange within 5 days of receiving the item.

  • Requests made after 5 days will not be eligible.


3. How to Request a Return / Exchange

  • Email us at zaras.yasar@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return/exchange, and photos of the item — especially if it is damaged or incorrect.

  • Once we approve, we will give you a Return Authorization or next steps.


4. Return / Exchange Process

  • For faulty or incorrect items: We will arrange a replacement or refund after inspecting the returned item.

  • For size or product exchanges (ready-made only): We’ll dispatch the new item once we receive the return — you may need to cover return shipping cost unless the return is due to our error.

  • Returned items must be sent back within 3 days of approval, using a traceable courier service and original packaging.


5. Refunds

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 3–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned goods.

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.


6. Exceptions & Important Notes

  • Made-to-order / custom-stitched outfits are final sale — no returns or exchanges.

  • Sale items or discounted orders may have a separate return policy (or might be final sale).

  • Returns will be rejected if the item shows signs of wear, washing, or damage not related to manufacturing.

  • We recommend that you record a short unboxing video when you receive the order — this helps if you need to report damage or wrong delivery.
