- Before Dispatch:
- Orders can be cancelled free of charge if the cancellation request is made before the order is dispatched.

- After Dispatch:
- If the order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, you can initiate a return under our return policy once the product is delivered.
- Custom-Made Items:
- Custom-made or personalized costumes cannot be cancelled once production has started.
Order Cancellation by Zara’s Bharatanatyam
We reserve the right to cancel orders under the following circumstances:
- Non-Payment:
- If payment is not received within the specified timeframe.
- Out of Stock:
- If the ordered item is out of stock or unavailable.
