1. Order Cancellation Window
You may request cancellation of your order within 24 hours of placing the order, as long as the order has not yet been shipped.
2. How to Request Cancellation
To cancel, email us at zaras.yasar@gmail.com with your order ID and a request to cancel.
If the order hasn’t been shipped, we’ll cancel it and issue a full refund to the original payment method.
3. When Cancellation Is Not Possible
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
If you receive the item and want to return or exchange, please refer to our Return/Exchange Policy.
4. Refund Processing
For prepaid orders: Upon successful cancellation, full refund will be processed.
For orders placed via COD or other payment methods — any charges paid will be handled per our refund terms.
5. Important Notes
Please send cancellation requests as soon as possible to avoid shipping.
We reserve the right to reject cancellation requests if the order is already in transit or dispatched.
Cancellation does not apply to custom-made / tailor-stitched outfits once stitching has begun (if you offer such services).
