Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation Window

  • You may request cancellation of your order within 24 hours of placing the order, as long as the order has not yet been shipped.

2. How to Request Cancellation

  • To cancel, email us at zaras.yasar@gmail.com with your order ID and a request to cancel.

  • If the order hasn’t been shipped, we’ll cancel it and issue a full refund to the original payment method.

3. When Cancellation Is Not Possible

  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

  • If you receive the item and want to return or exchange, please refer to our Return/Exchange Policy.

4. Refund Processing

  • For prepaid orders: Upon successful cancellation, full refund will be processed.

  • For orders placed via COD or other payment methods — any charges paid will be handled per our refund terms.

5. Important Notes

  • Please send cancellation requests as soon as possible to avoid shipping.

  • We reserve the right to reject cancellation requests if the order is already in transit or dispatched.

  • Cancellation does not apply to custom-made / tailor-stitched outfits once stitching has begun (if you offer such services).
