  3. Custom-made costumes and clearance sale items are non-returnable.

Process for Returning Products

    • Provide your order number, reason for return, and supporting images if the product is defective or damaged.

    • Our team will review your request and approve the return if it meets the eligibility criteria.
    • You will receive an email with return instructions, including the return address.
  2. Ship the Product:

    • Pack the product securely to prevent damage during transit.

  3. Inspection and Refund:

    • Once the returned product is received, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return criteria.
    • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after inspection.

Refund Options

  2. For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.
  3. Shipping charges are non-refundable, except for returns due to defective or damaged items.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted for eligible items within the 15-day return period.
